These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FluidXP website and online store operated at shop.fluidxp.com and fluidxp.com. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
FluidXP is currently operated as a sole proprietorship and will transition to **FluidXP Solutions LLC**, a limited liability company registered in the State of Texas. These Terms will remain in effect through any such transition and will be updated upon formation of the LLC.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from FluidXP. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.

FluidXP sells premium PC and server cooling liquids and related hardware components. All products are intended for use by knowledgeable individuals familiar with PC cooling systems. FluidXP makes no warranty that products are suitable for applications outside their intended use.
Product Use & Disclaimer
Our cooling liquids and hardware components are designed for use in closed-loop PC and server cooling systems. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
- You have the technical knowledge required to safely install and use the product.
- Improper installation or use may result in damage to hardware or property.
- FluidXP Solutions LLC is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or use outside of the product's intended application.
- You will review all product documentation, safety data sheets (SDS), and instructions prior to use.
Special Handling & Hazardous Materials
Some FluidXP products may be classified as restricted or regulated materials for shipping purposes. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
- You will handle, store, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- You will not attempt to transport products in a manner that violates carrier regulations or hazardous materials laws.
- FluidXP Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders shipping to locations where product delivery is restricted by law or carrier policy.
- FluidXP Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional fees resulting from customs or regulatory review of shipments.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept all payment methods available at checkout.
Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. You will be notified and refunded if your order is cancelled.
